For any portion of treatment your insurance doesn’t cover, there is zero-interest, in-house financing available. Financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. Payment plan installments are made by ACH autodraft.

After you book your records visit, our office will create the financial agreement based on your preferences. You will receive the paperwork by email and will want to return it prior to the scheduled appointment.
